What are the differences in the required staffing levels for acid production using various raw materials on different scales? Such as 300,000 tons, 600,000 tons, 800,000 tons, 1 million tons?
The larger the acid production facility, the higher its degree of automation tends to be, resulting in fewer employees. Additionally, the process of producing sulfuric acid is relatively short, allowing for fewer employees.
It’s not necessarily the case; for large-scale pyrite processing, the volume of raw materials and waste materials to be handled is significant, so a relatively larger number of staff are required； Some small pyrite raw material processing units do not operate on a three-shift system; instead, there is only one shift responsible for the processing
Our plant requires only 7 people per shift to produce acid from 100,000 tons of flue gas
