Use of the economizer

Everyone: How are the economizers used in sulfur-based acid production? What are the issues regarding their service life and fin clogging?
The process production parameters are well controlled, and the units do not need to be shut down and restarted frequently; it’s been over 12 years. For my side, the oldest of the 3 units is 15 years old. During the major maintenance check last month, the appearance of the economizer was in good condition
If domestic catalysts are used, and the unit is started and stopped frequently, the catalyst suffers severe pulverization and damage; coupled with high levels of air and moisture, these factors cause the catalyst to end up in the economizer, where thick layers of catalyst powder can be found adhered to the fins.
