This post was last edited by in the blink of an eye on 2018-9-15 09:14. in the blink of an eye noticed that there were not many representatives from sulfuric acid manufacturers at the sulfuric acid industry conferences; recently, a calculation was made of the proportion of attendees from such manufacturers at these conferences over the past few years. At the Kunming annual meeting, those from sulfuric acid production plants accounted for about 35%. At the Hangzhou annual meeting, those from sulfuric acid production plants accounted for just over 30%. As the economy continues to decline, the proportion of representatives from sulfuric acid plants at the sulfuric acid industry conferences is on the decline.
The analysis is correct; indeed, the number of sulfuric acid manufacturers attending these meetings is on a downward trend
With the economy on the rise, there is strong demand for expansion and renovation. This requires communication. With the economy declining, the demand for maintenance remains strong. There’s no need to explain this – every factory undergoes maintenance over several cycles, so it’s not really necessary at all. Take a look at the companies that have come to this meeting – are they all manufacturers with needs for new construction or renovation and expansion?

Some users replace the conversion heat exchangers every 2–3 years, considering this to be normal. In fact, the best practice regarding the performance of dry scrubber mist eliminators is to ensure that the inner walls of the pipes downstream of the dry scrubber mist eliminator, as well as the inlet on the side where SO2 is cooled, remain dry. Therefore, if possible, it is still necessary for the key maintenance technicians from sulfuric acid plants to attend the sulfuric acid industry conference.
