For the plates of purification plate-type coolers, scaling tends to occur within less than two months on the acid side. What are some effective ways to reduce scaling in these plates?
It’s mainly due to blockages; by modifying the equipment, the amount of impurities that enter can be reduced
Change the properties of the scaling material and modify the technological process. This has nothing to do with the operating condition of the heat exchanger.
Generally, the plate exchanger is located in the secondary scrubber, and water is added to it from the secondary scrubber; flowing in sequence ahead of it, scaling should not occur so easily. Drink more water and see
