Black dots float in the acid; over time, most of them settle while only a small portion remains suspended. Where could it have come in from? How was it created?
The dust removal and purification efficiency is low, allowing mineral dust to enter the drying system.
How often do you flush the level 1 electrostatic fogger?
Does your purification system use power waves?
Which specific place? Venturi tube washing, packed tower, or electrostatic demisting?
The purification and impurity removal effect is poor; could the flue gas be taking a shortcut? What about the pressure at the three nozzles of the pump?
