For groups of storage tanks for 93–98% concentrated sulfuric acid, is it necessary to have ladders on each tank? Which standard? According to the oil depot regulations?

Containers with potential hazards must all be equipped with these, as this provides a safer way for people to retreat in the event of any accidents. Rules aren’t necessarily essential; rules are rigid, but designers create things for living people who want to continue living.
