How is HRs condensing acid formed?

I’m asking the experts: why is condensed acid generated during HRS import and export? The Hrs importer is equipped with a steam jet; steam does not react with SO3
Have you turned on your HRS steam injectors? In our plant, we haven’t used the steam injectors at all; after about one and a half years of operation, the flue gas inlet pipe became corroded and punctured. I also have another question: is there a significant difference in the steam production volume when the steam injectors are in use compared to when they’re not?
The corrosion is severe, and the temperature must be high as well
The steam pressure in a steam jet is higher than that of the flue gas, so there is no backflow. If the steam injection is removed, more water will be added to the HRS diluter; otherwise, how can the proper acid concentration in the system be maintained?
The steam injection is used merely to reduce the load on the diluter; the system can also operate without it.
