Our company’s microwave scale-inhibition equipment, when used in heat exchangers in sulfuric acid plants, demonstrates significant scale-inhibition effects. It has been successfully applied to the demineralized water preheater in the low-temperature waste heat recovery units of sulfuric acid plants; it can improve the thermal efficiency of heat exchangers by preventing scale formation, thereby increasing the steam output of these plants.
