At what temperature should the plasticizer be used to produce fish eyes? Have you raised the temperature and tried again? 4. How long has it been since the aggregation was cleaned? 5. Have you checked whether there are fine materials or mother liquor contained in the pure water? 6. Has the monomer feed filter been checked? 7. Is the wall coating wastewater discharged? And is it discharged cleanly?

The fisheye problem has always been a difficulty in PVC production. In addition to preventing fish eyes caused by secondary polymerization in flushing, it is also necessary to have clear data support for the control of monomer quality, dispersant, reaction system, feeding, etc. Otherwise, after the fish eye appears, the cause cannot be found, and the fish eye will appear inexplicably. If you don't care, it will be inexplicably better! In fact, this is a deviation in some parameters, and the reason has not been found.
