Searching for PVC technology suppliers

Our client wants to set up a PVC plant with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons in Bangladesh. May I ask which technology is used by the companies where you work? Which companies can provide technology transfer? If possible, please leave your contact information.
There aren’t many such companies in the country, I guess. Should one develop it oneself or use a mature solution?
Use the Kyocera process – the technology is mature and after-sales support is excellent
It’s 100,000 tons of PVC – is it for a supporting ion-exchange membrane caustic soda project? Also, is it a calcium carbide-based PVC project or an ethylene-based PVC project? In terms of the calcium carbide method, Tianchen Design Institute and Chengda Design Institute are currently the most renowned, while there is less experience with the ethylene method. In China, the polymerization processes most commonly designed and used are those by Beierhua and Daguhua; abroad, they are developed by AkzoNobel and Ineos
I used to work in technical services for Arkema; now Arkema has sold off its chlor-alkali division, so that business no longer exists. Is it a 100kta suspension process or an emulsion process? Let’s discuss this via private message
