I would like to ask whether anti-caking agents need to be added during the production of polystyrene plastic particles, and which type is generally used?

Are the plastic particles used to make expanded polystyrene boards made using this same process? Isn’t zinc stearate used to prevent caking?
Zinc stearate is primarily used for inter-molecular lubrication and as a release agent. I have no experience with EPS; I have only worked with GPPS

Isn’t the coating process quite complex? I read in foreign sources that it involves post-addition using hydrophobic silica; does no one do this in China?
Zinc stearate is generally sufficient, but well-known domestic manufacturers now use coating agents (which are essentially a mixture of zinc stearate, monoglyceride, and triglyceride)
