Type 8 resin has never been produced, so I’m not very sure, but I suggest you rule out the possibility of internal leakage in the coil.
Type 8 resin already has a small particle size and tight packing, so it’s certainly difficult to remove residues； Raising the temperature of the stripping tower and reducing its negative pressure are effective measures; regular cleaning of the spiral plate heat exchanger is also a fundamental solution. Another approach is to extend the time during which the gas phase is recovered during discharge, and appropriately increasing the temperature of the discharge tank is another alternative option.
