Is it better to have the reflux valve of the acetylene main pipe controlled by acetylene or by vinyl chloride? Who is in charge of your factory?
Acetylene is well-controlled, with a short process and stable control. However, the reflux valve serves the purpose of conversion, controlling pressure according to the requirements of conversion; therefore, conversion control is also possible.

Are you controlling it with DCS now? Under what conditions is control carried out, and what should be done if the generator fails or the gas production from the gas holder decreases? Is there a risk of negative pressure at the compressor inlet?
