Hello, experts! I work in the sales of environmentally friendly solvent oils. Recently, I came across a client who deals with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene; this client also works with PTFE films, silicone rubber molds, PVC films, plastic additives, rubber additives, plastic products, and more. I sent them samples from my company (hydrocarbon solvents with a density of 725, Zapport color code 30, initial boiling point of 152, final boiling point of 176, flash point of 45, aromatic content of 0.013%, sulfur content of 0.5 mg/kg, and dynamic viscosity of 1.0). The client said that the specifications met the requirements, but the performance was poor, and they couldn’t figure out why. I would like to ask the experts what might be the problem; please give some professional advice! Thank you! !
