Exams, exams! It makes me angry as soon as I see it! All day long is just studying and taking exams! After all these years of studying, I don’t see anyone’s skills having improved much! Taking an exam when you don’t even know the most basic things is pointless! I feel that each company has different ways of dealing with problems! Every company has its own operating* habits! It’s better to spend time outside and exchanging experiences rather than on studying and taking exams! It’s only the leaders who go to exchange experiences; their exchanges take place at their level, while we operators go there to share our knowledge of operations and skills! Just knowing that one has to study for exams gives the impression of working in isolation!
