Impact of clogged catalytic loosening air and loosening steam nozzles

During the inspection of the feed slant tubes and regeneration slant tubes, it was found that most of the loose air and loose steam nozzles were blocked. What impact does this blockage have on normal production?
It is currently speculated that the blockage may be significant during the shutdown, so the operating conditions of the two units before the shutdown are not indicative
The blockage of the loosening air and loosening steam nozzles is caused by incomplete removal of the agent during shutdown, or by stopping the supply of loosening air and loosening steam before the pressure and temperature in those systems have been reduced after a shutdown. Blockages in the loosening air and loosening steam nozzles can cause abnormal catalyst fluidization and malfunctioning of instruments.
Fluidization is actually something quite difficult to understand, but it’s not normal when the loose particles get blocked. It’s really congested; pay attention to the fluidization status
It’s hard to say regarding the loose points; during this operating cycle of our unit, we eliminated the loose points in the second half of the startup line. But the fluidization still proceeds normally.
