The ideal situation is that the wind remains constant, with automatic adjustment based on the fuel gas flow rate. However, with such simple control, it is inevitable that an excess of fuel gas may lead to a drop in temperature. It becomes easier with smoke oxygen content analysis.
Adjust the amount of fuel gas, making comprehensive adjustments in light of changes in oxygen content and CO content. The oxygen content is low; slightly increase the frequency of the blower, and pay attention to the changes in negative pressure at the furnace outlet after increasing the air flow ； If the oxygen content is high and the furnace exit temperature is low, increase the fuel gas supply slightly.
