400-ton per day modular plant for processing Arab crude oil

The owner is seeking a 400-ton/day pre-treatment plant for Arab crude oil, to separate the crude oil into light oil, heavy oil, and asphalt. Looking for manufacturers of skid-mounted stations.
It’s clearly a small crude oil distillation unit with an annual processing capacity of over 100,000 tons. Is it to be built on an island far from the coast? Don’t waste gas, wastewater, and waste residues need to be treated?
Does a skid-mounted station manufacturer refer to those who are responsible for design, procurement, and construction? Could you give a standard? There are many manufacturers in China who can produce these small prying tools; you can get in touch with me.

May I ask how you came up with the definition of large and small jacks? Do we usually classify sizes based on the SPMT shipping mode? Can you classify it by the total tonnage of the module and the tonnage of each skid? Now, skid-mounted units can be used for the entire piping system in the refinery. Please advise. Thank you
