According to data from the Tianyancha app, Sinopec (600028) has obtained a new invention patent, titled “Method and Device for Crude Oil Processing Control”. The patent application number is CN202210023796.7, and it was granted on September 5, 2025. Patent Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for controlling the processing of crude oil, wherein the method includes obtaining the initial control parameters of the crude oil processing system under current operating conditions ； Based on the initial control parameters and the generated product prediction model, determine the predicted result for the generated products under the current operating conditions ； Determine the target control parameters for the current operating condition based on the preset optimization conditions and the predicted results of the generated products ； Control the crude oil processing system based on the target control parameters ； Among them, the generated product prediction model includes at least one of a low-carbon hydrocarbon flow rate prediction model, a low-carbon hydrocarbon hydrogen content prediction model, a liquid oil flow rate prediction model, and a liquid oil hydrogen content prediction model. The method and device provided by the present invention enable accurate prediction and optimization of the products formed from crude oil, reducing hydrogen consumption during the refining process while ensuring the yield of the target products.
