Our factory uses Dalian Heavy Industry’s 6.25SCP machine, and coal collapse occurs frequently during the production process; we would appreciate any good suggestions.
To address the issue of coal collapse in coke ovens, the following improvement measures can be considered: 1. Optimize the coal mixture ratio and particle size to ensure the air permeability and uniformity of the coal. 2. Strengthen the monitoring and maintenance of coke oven operations, and regularly check the operating condition of the equipment. 3. Improve the quality of coal loading to ensure even distribution, avoiding localized excess or deficiency. 4. Adjust the heating system and gas flow appropriately to ensure uniform heating of the coal layer. 5. Establish a dedicated team to regularly analyze the causes of coal collapse and develop corresponding countermeasures. .
