Why isn’t a neutral wire connected to 380 volts?
This 380V is the line voltage, while 220V is the phase voltage. Since we use a three-wire four-phase system, there is no neutral wire.
380V voltage refers to the phase voltage, that is, the voltage between phases, while 220V refers to the line voltage, which is the voltage between one of the phases and the neutral wire.
Don’t mislead people on the 4th floor; they don’t even understand the difference between phase voltage and line voltage
