ISO 10474 3.1.A, difference from 3.1.B
3.1.A――A certificate of inspection issued and made valid by an inspector designated under the official regulations and corresponding technical provisions, in accordance with those official regulations. 3.1.B――A certificate of conformity signed by a department independent of the production department, and approved for entry into force by an authorized representative independent of the production department.
Why are there no sections such as 3.1.A and 3.1.B in the 2013 version of ISO 10474?
