How to conduct a trial run for ISO 2015 version

I am in charge of the company’s transition to ISO 2015 standards. The preparation of the procedural documents is now nearly complete, and we plan to hold a meeting to conduct a trial run. My idea is to use an example to illustrate how such a trial run should be carried out, but I don’t have a clear plan for this. I consulted some teachers from training institutions, who said it’s not necessary and that simply making an announcement is sufficient; however, I think that approach is too simplistic. I would like to provide everyone with a step-by-step guide that can be followed. I seek advice from those who are more experienced in this area.
The 2015 version isn’t very different from previous ones; there’s no need for all this hassle. We simply need to highlight the key differences that have been made, and explain to the quality personnel at various companies the preparations required for these materials as well as the precautions to be taken during implementation on site. Reformatting isn’t starting from scratch, nor is it a complete redo; it’s about focusing on the changes, and keeping the good aspects from before.
