What type of transformer is this? Seen through the utility pole by the roadside; it’s a very common type. Is it an oil-immersed type? But no oil reservoir was visible. Please give me some advice

Ahah, this type of transformer is a fully sealed oil-immersed transformer; it doesn’t have an oil conservator. It’s very widely used these days (for small distribution transformers, generally with a capacity of 2500 KVA or less)!
