As of late June, over 310,000 tons of steel structures had been installed for the Huajin AAME fine chemicals and raw materials project, with the progress rate exceeding 90%, meaning that more than 90% of the total work has been completed. Among them, the completion rate of the main unit exceeds 98%, and the project construction is making steady progress toward the goal of mechanical completion. The steel structure is an important component of the main framework at the project site; it provides a stable mounting support for equipment, pipelines, etc., and serves as a crucial foundation for petrochemical plants to implement various functional arrangements within limited space. At the beginning of the project construction, the company’s team focused on future construction arrangements, formulating a scientific and reasonable construction plan. They defined the various stages and procedures for the installation of steel structures in different areas, identified the key milestones for each stage along with the deadlines for completion, and specified the installation tasks to be carried out on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis ; Stringent quality control is implemented, with enhanced inspection of raw materials and oversight of the construction process. Advanced measurement equipment and techniques are used to carry out real-time monitoring and precise control of key parameters such as the installation position, elevation, and verticality of steel components, ensuring that every steel column and beam is accurately positioned and firmly installed ; Strengthen safety management by installing clear safety warning signs at the construction site, providing special protection for areas such as work at heights and lifting operations, and regularly conducting safety inspections and hazard assessments to eliminate risks at their earliest stages. Next, the Huajin AAME fine chemicals and raw materials project will continue to allocate resources efficiently to ensure that the installation of the remaining steel structures is completed as planned, while simultaneously advancing the work on various specialized tasks, steadily moving toward the goal of mechanical completion.
