There is a 350kw motor on site, along with a control cabinet. Two 185 cables run from the control cabinet to the motor – how should they be connected? , what principle.
The rated current of a 350kW motor should be around 700A; the 185 you mentioned is probably the wire diameter! The current-carrying capacity is around 370. I think the two cables should be used in parallel; I’m not sure if that’s correct.

Generally, motors with a power of over 160 kW use 6kV/10kV power supply, so it is certainly a high-voltage motor. But in fact, if variable frequency control is used (the poster mentioned a control cabinet, which is likely a variable frequency control cabinet), 350kW motors generally use low-voltage power supply (380V or 690V). At this time, it is reasonable to use two cables with an 185 cross-section connected together.
