The hoisting of the first and second reactors for the 1# SAN synthesis framework of the Zhejiang Jintang ABS project has been successfully completed. Each of the two core reactors weighs 50 tons, has a lifting height of 32 meters, and requires high precision during installation. The project team, in collaboration with various parties, developed a specialized lifting plan to overcome challenges such as limited space at the site and high-altitude operations; by using two machines working together, along with continuous monitoring and precise control, the installation was completed in one go. This lifting marks the full entry of the project into the equipment installation and pipeline preparation phase, laying a solid foundation for subsequent process integration and capacity activation.
