Please analyze whether the overlap of the grounding flat steel is satisfactory
It’s as if nothing was said – how could the construction drawings tell you how to overlap things?
It fails the requirements; for flat bars, the overlap area should be at least 2 times their width, and for round bars, it should be at least 6 times their diameter. In the diagram, the flat bars should be of 40*4 mm size, so the overlap area must be at least 40*80 mm2, with welding required on at least two sides
Agreed! The overlap for on-site construction is more or less like this; the key is to ensure double-sided welding is carried out. We use cold bending here now; no bridging.

This is feasible: the overlap length should be more than twice the width, welding should be performed on three sides, and before concealment, the grounding resistance must be tested to be less than 4Ω
