Regarding the requirement in 10.2.1 of GB50173-2014, which states \"4 – Perform three impulse closing operations on the unloaded line at the rated voltage\", how exactly should this commissioning test be carried out? Seeking advice
Previously, the line was powered on three times using a formal working power supply voltage impulse; on the third attempt, all parts of the line operated normally and no further power outage was required, indicating that the impulse test was successful and the line could be put into operation.
