In new projects, with pipes, fittings, and valves being installed, cracks often appear in the pipes. There is a lack of a return procedure; moreover, the material used for the valve balls is fraudulent and does not meet the requirements specified in the technical agreement. What do you think are the best ways to conduct incoming inspections of materials and equipment?
If there is a quality issue, just contact the manufacturer directly for a refund or exchange. Doesn’t your company handle refunds or exchanges? Was this loss suffered for nothing? :o:o:o:o
I’ve returned it directly. I noticed recently that the valves you purchased are already having problems despite not having been used yet. An established valve manufacturer with guaranteed quality; we’d be happy to work together if there’s interest.
