Regarding Siemens positioner issues

Our company currently uses a Siemens positioner for one of our control valves; a 4-20mA signal corresponds to a valve opening of 0-100%. However, when a 20mA signal is applied, the valve only reaches an opening of 60%. How should the positioner be adjusted? Please explain in detail, thank you!
Just re-calibrate the electronic locator and that’s it
Before making adjustments, first check whether the valve has any mechanical faults to ensure that it can be manually moved to the fully open and fully closed positions. Sometimes the valve may become clogged internally, or the handwheel may not function properly.
Possible cause: The ambient temperature around the actuator is too high, exceeding the required 55°C level, which affects the control circuit board and the positioner. Adjust it again; if things return to normal, there’s no problem. If that doesn’t work, replace the positioner resistor directly.
