Sinopec Engineering Construction Group Company (SEG) has developed an app-based management software for engineering quality inspection; this software is centered around the quality inspection tasks of the group company, and it includes 9 major categories that are further divided into 62 specific items. Through the quality management app, various quality data can be automatically summarized with one click, and quality issue correction forms can be printed automatically. Quality issues at any time, on any device, or with any team can be quickly checked using mobile phones and computers. The responsible person can quickly locate the problem, make a judgment, and take timely corrective actions. The quality management app effectively improves the inspection efficiency of quality control staff, as well as the efficiency and productivity of workers in addressing issues. At the same time, quality data can be transmitted simultaneously to the cloud and to computers, enabling cloud-based analysis and real-time monitoring of the process, thus making quality inspection management more standardized.
