Can the power distribution room in a chemical processing workshop be built under a utility tunnel?

The workshop’s power distribution room was originally adjacent to the workshop on two sides; it is now planned to be rebuilt in a conduit shaft 2 meters away from the workshop. Is that acceptable? Thank you.

Provide the layout plan of your entire factory to the design institute, so that they can determine the location of the power distribution room for your factory in accordance with the design standards.
Having this thing designed by a design institute is the right approach
Substation and power distribution facilities must have a design; they cannot be established arbitrarily. In a chemical processing plant, there are so many aspects related to power distribution, and the limited space available under the utility tunnels is not sufficient to accommodate them all
If you set up the entire company’s power distribution room on your own, this distance definitely does not meet the requirements. If it is meant to serve that workshop, it is recommended to place it inside the workshop; having the components mounted on two sides instead of just one side will meet the requirements
