Low-pressure steam quality standards?

Does anyone know what the steam standards for low-pressure steam are? We have 1.0 MPa superheated steam here, and we’re looking for the control standards for this steam, but we can’t find them
Superheated steam must not contain any water. There’s also temperature, pressure, and so on. Other indicators can refer to those of desalinated water!
Check the soda entropy table,,, quality standards? Steam sampling for testing? ?
It is about some control parameters for ions and conductivity
