Are there any experts with experience in using circulating water at temperatures above 100 degrees? I would like to ask what the differences are between such high-temperature circulating water systems and ordinary circulating water systems, and whether higher requirements are placed on the equipment and pipelines
At 80 degrees, circulating water was used; there is an air release and water separation valve on the pipeline

It should be similar to the heating system: higher temperature, higher pressure, and better-quality valves.
We have used hot water for heat exchange; the water after heat exchange goes to the power plant. There are certainly requirements for the equipment due to the high temperatures, and of course the quality of the water also matters – if the water quality is poor, corrosion resistance is required as well
The centralized heating system of the power plant uses hot water at 130°C for heating, and the temperature of the return water after heat exchange is also around 100°C. This condition is quite common compared to those in petrochemical plants.
