Furthermore, your company shall not apply for this administrative license again within 3 years from the date of revocation. Your company is requested to, within 15 days from the date of receipt of this decision, proceed to the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to complete the relevant procedures, carrying the Class A qualification certificate for supervision in chemical and petroleum engineering. . . .
