The precision filters and activated carbon filters in particular serve to protect the reverse osmosis membrane; if they fail, the load on the RO membrane increases, thereby reducing its lifespan. Due to the varying quality of products from different manufacturers and the high cost of RO membranes, it is necessary to select them appropriately based on the quality of local tap water in practical applications. ③Inlet water pressure: Generally, pre-treatment in ultra-pure water systems requires a high-pressure pump to maintain a certain inlet water pressure (≥0.1 Mpa) in order to ensure normal operation; insufficient pressure from the high-pressure pump will result in a decrease in water production volume. ④Maintenance of ultra-pure water equipment for silicon wafer cleaning: Ultra-pure water systems generally have an automatic backwashing function; however, improper settings, malfunctions, or inadequate manual maintenance can also affect the proper operation of such equipment, leading to reduced efficiency and lower water quality.
