1. The machine keeps starting up repeatedly once the water level is full. If such a fault occurs in a superpure water production system, it is definitely due to a pressure leak in the system. The first possibility is that the pressure of the raw water is insufficient; the second possibility is that there is a leakage issue with the check valve; and the third possibility is that there is a fault with the high-pressure switch. All of these faults can cause the machine to start operating repeatedly once the water level reaches its maximum. 2. No ultrapure water flows out when the pressure tank is full of water. At this point, it is necessary to check whether there is any damage to the ball valve of the pressure tank or if there is a leak in the pressure tank. Additionally, a clogged posterior activated carbon filter can also cause such issues. 3、There is a severe imbalance in the ratio between wastewater and pure water. In this case, the first thing to check is whether there is a fault with the flushing solenoid valve, or if it has been damaged. Next is to check the wastewater proportioner; excessive conduction or blockage can both cause malfunctions. Finally, it was ruled out whether the severe decline in its filtration efficiency was caused by a clogged reverse osmosis membrane. 4. Rinse the main unit repeatedly. This type of failure is caused either by a loose flushing switch or by an ineffective wastewater ratio; basically, these are the only two possibilities.
