Recently, the auxiliary project for high-end chemical new materials with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons at Shaanxi Yueneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd., which was led by China National Chemical Corporation Tiantian as the general contractor, successfully completed the topping-out of three key structures: the pressure pump station and fire water tanks, the plant’s wastewater temporary storage tank, and the #6 on-site cabinet room. Since the project commenced, the project team has established a team management mechanism and working style tailored to the project’s requirements, improved the communication systems among team members, and ensured smooth channels of information exchange between various specialized teams and the on-site execution team. The Construction Management Department had in-depth discussions with the members of the consortium, and carried out construction planning in a scientific manner in accordance with the project implementation plan and contract requirements. It identified the responsible parties and, taking into account the actual conditions on site, worked efficiently in collaboration with departments such as design and procurement, ultimately completing the topping-out of the three main structural elements successfully. It is reported that as a key project under Yulin City’s strategy to extend, supplement, and strengthen its energy and chemical industry, this project carries the important mission of facilitating the transformation of Yulin’s energy and chemical industry toward higher levels of sophistication, diversification, and lower carbon emissions. It has a profound impact on promoting economic development and optimizing the industrial structure in the central and western regions.
