Today, I saw a “quality model room” at an engineering company, where typical production processes and sample works were displayed on site in the form of signs and physical models. Great! Are there any similar “quality models” or “safety models” displayed at the construction site of your company?
The first-piece project prototype system focuses on giving due attention to and strengthening management of the first pieces of work for various sub-projects. In accordance with the requirements of the inspection and evaluation standards, a construction plan (construction organization design) is prepared and reviewed prior to construction; this plan includes arrangements for personnel and equipment, material inspection, clarification of construction methods and techniques as well as the sequence of operations, ITPs and stop points, inspection and evaluation after completion, quality control measures during construction, and key points for supervision. Through such evaluations, the first-piece project serves as a prototype. This is an advanced quality control method (including a safety template system) that was introduced into the country around the year 2000 through foreign engineering projects.
This approach is excellent, as it allows for direct control over the requirements that must be met during installation. The sample should also include a local cross-section to ensure compliance with the requirements for insulation and heat retention layers
