On April 23, with the roar of the pile driver, the on-site construction of the 30,000 tons/year sulfur foam acid production project of Henan Shunju Energy Technology Co., Ltd. officially kicked off. This project is undertaken by Ningbo Zhongke Far East Catalytic Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., using its independently developed dry pretreatment acid production technology, and is currently in full swing in accordance with the requirements of supporting the 1.36 million tons/year coking integrated standard improvement and upgrading project of Henan Shuncheng Group Co., Ltd. This project has a tight construction period and complex site conditions. Since the project is located within the original mining area, there are large-scale backfill pits in the installation area and the geological conditions are poor. Zhongke Far East fully communicated with the owner, based on the on-site geological conditions and on the premise of meeting the installation process requirements, flexibly adjusted the layout to avoid the backfill area for large equipment such as sulfur incinerators, waste pots, dryers, and reduce the piling area and depth. This not only saved the owner's civil construction costs, but also shortened the construction period. The 30,000 tons (pure acid)/year sulfur foam acid-making project of Henan Shunju Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is an extension of the 1.36 million tons/year coking integrated standard improvement and upgrading project of Henan Shuncheng Group Co., Ltd. After completion, the project will solve the problem of desulfurization waste liquid and sulfur paste emissions generated by Shuncheng Group's coking, and help Anyang City fight the tough battle against pollution. The project is located in the Tongye Area of the New Chemical Industrial Park in Anyang City, Henan Province. It uses the sulfur foam produced by the upstream desulfurization device as raw material and adopts the dry pretreatment acid-making technology independently developed by Ningbo Zhongke Far East to produce concentrated sulfuric acid that meets the first-class standard of GB/T534-2014 "Industrial Sulfuric Acid", turning waste into treasure and realizing the reuse of waste in the coking industry.
