On November 7, the dryer drum for Anlun Liugang (Liuzhou) Carbon-Based New Materials project was successfully lifted and precisely installed in place. The dryer drum being lifted this time is the core component of the dryer system; the high precision requirements for its installation and the technical complexity involved pose a serious challenge to the project team. To ensure the safe and efficient completion of the lifting task, the project team planned in advance and made systematic arrangements. They carried out comprehensive technical and safety briefings, developed detailed construction plans and schedules, and allocated personnel and equipment resources in advance. Taking into account the characteristics of the equipment and the on-site conditions, they conducted thorough calculations regarding the lifting parameters, the positions of the cranes and vehicles, as well as the bearing capacity of the foundation. Ultimately, it was decided to use a 650-ton truck crane for the lifting operations. During the lifting process, the workers followed standards and procedures strictly, organized the workforce effectively, implemented various safety measures thoroughly, and resolved any difficulties that arose during the lifting operation, ultimately completing this lifting task successfully. The successful completion of this lifting operation has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of equipment and the progress of the entire project. The project team stated that it will use this as an opportunity to further uphold the spirit of unity and determination, make every effort to advance the project construction, ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to high standards, and deliver a satisfactory result to the client.
