The project has now begun, and the “Welding Training Mobile Station” provided by the project management contractor (PMC) has been installed at the project site and put into use.
Under the management contract, the mobile station is responsible for organizing entry examinations for all welders involved in the project throughout its entire construction period. Strict controls are applied to ensure that only qualified welders are allowed to work; through on-site training and examinations, it is ensured that these welders possess the necessary qualifications and skills, thereby maintaining the quality of work carried out on site.
This facility usually entrusts an independent third party, appointed by the constructor (or PMC), to train and test the welders from the contractors who will be working there (one or more contractors); those who pass the tests are issued with a certification allowing them to start working. Training and examinations conducted internally by the contractor cannot replace this task.
Previously, having a certificate was sufficient; now the general contractor and the owner impose even stricter requirements, requiring on-site examinations

This is a mobile welding training station, primarily used for pre-job training and testing of welders. The mobile station is not equipped with a smoke recovery system (which is relatively large), so exhaust systems such as fume hoods are of little use.
It’s better to use a mobile version, with windows that can be opened at the same time
