Lifting of the steel truss for the 117-meter-high granulation tower

On July 31, 2023, the Shaanxi Longhua Coal Classification, Quality Separation, Clean and Efficient Comprehensive Utilization Project successfully completed the lifting task by using a 1,250-ton crawler crane to lift the steel truss of the granulation tower 117 meters before placing it precisely on the framework foundation at a height of 99 meters. The steel truss to be lifted this time is 27.8 meters long, 8 meters wide, 6.85 meters high, and weighs 70 tons. A 1,250-ton crawler crane was used to carry out this lifting task. At 10 a.m. on July 31, the lifting operation officially began. A 1250-ton crawler crane was used to lift the steel truss to a height of 117 meters; after operations such as rotating the crane and adjusting its working radius, it was positioned directly above the concrete frame of the granulation tower ； Thereafter, the steel truss was slowly placed on the frame foundation inside the 99-meter-high granulation tower; after overall alignment, it was fixed in place, thus successfully completing the installation of this steel truss.
