The debutane tower of Jinling Petrochemical’s Hydrocracking Unit 1 renovation project was successfully lifted into place

On August 29, the debutanizing tower for the Hydrocracking Unit 1 renovation project at Jinling Petrochemical, undertaken by Nanjing Engineering Installation Branch, was successfully lifted into place. Given the limited space at the lifting site, the project’s lifting team planned ahead and made systematic arrangements. They developed a lifting plan based on the actual conditions on site, carefully planned the positioning of the lifting equipment, and conducted thorough inspections of the lifting gear, the bearing capacity of the foundation, the condition of the machinery, as well as the emergency response plans, ensuring that the lifting operation was successful from the first attempt.
