Recently, it was learned from the construction unit of the Bijie phosphate-coal chemical integration project that more than 17 million cubic meters of earthwork for site leveling has been completed, representing a progress rate of over 60%; this lays a solid foundation for the project to be completed and put into operation as scheduled next year. The integrated phosphorus-coal chemical industry project in Bijie, Guizhou, has a total investment of around 73 billion yuan. It is one of the “5+3” new industrialization projects under construction in the province, and is jointly funded by Qingshan, Huayou, and Huafeng Group. This project utilizes advanced domestic equipment and technological processes to build a range of sub-projects including iron phosphate, lithium iron phosphate, as well as related facilities for ammonia synthesis and hydrogen peroxide production. It features high levels of greenness and low carbon emissions, good scale effects, strong industrial synergy, and high efficiency in resource utilization. Once all the projects are completed and put into operation, it is expected that the annual output value will reach 120 billion yuan, with annual comprehensive tax revenues of over 10 billion yuan. These projects will also create more than 14,000 jobs, thereby transforming Guizhou Province’s abundant resource advantages into economic and developmental advantages. The land leveling project for the integrated phosphorus-coal chemical industry project in Bijie, Guizhou, covers an area of 5,949 mu. Facing challenges such as a large construction site, numerous mechanical devices, a high volume of blasting work, concurrent operations by various teams, and construction during the rainy season, the local relevant departments worked in close coordination with the construction units to ensure the project progressed as scheduled. The three construction phases are carried out simultaneously, with over 900 pieces of machinery and more than 1,300 workers working in shifts day and night, achieving a daily excavation volume of over 300,000 cubic meters. Operations will not cease during this National Day holiday, and every effort will be made to complete the site leveling work by October this year, with the slope stabilization works to be finished by the end of the year.
