On September 15, the first batch of oversized equipment for the Jiujiang Petrochemical upgrading project – separation towers – arrived at the China Railway Jiuqiao Wharf after being transported by sea from the manufacturer. Various relevant departments and enterprises in our city worked together to ensure smooth handling, transportation, and lifting of these equipment onto land； On September 18, after the separation tower was successfully landed, it was transported away without any issues. It is reported that this tower is an essential piece of equipment for the 2.7 million tons per year disproportionation plant; it was lifted into place at Xiangshanxi Ze Wharf in Ningbo, Zhejiang, on September 12, and shipped in three sections. This shipment will traverse complex routes such as the central urban area, urban expressways, and railways, and is expected to arrive at the construction site by the end of this month. There are 50 oversized pieces of equipment as part of the Jiujiang Petrochemical facility renovation project, with a total weight of 10,230 tons. The largest of these items has a diameter of 8 meters, a maximum transportation height of 10.5 meters, and a maximum weight of 300 tons per piece. All of these large-scale equipment were brought onto land via the China Railway Jiuqiao Wharf.
