The specific measures include: 1. **Comprehensive identification of occupational disease hazards**: This means that before work begins, it is necessary to assess and identify all potential health risks, such as chemicals, noise, dust, etc. 2. **Hazard Communication**: Ensure that all contractor employees understand the health risks they may face. 3. **Develop occupational health operating procedures for positions**: Establish specific safety standards and procedures for each position to ensure that work is carried out in a safe manner. 4. **Provide protective equipment**: Equip workers with the necessary personal protective gear based on the risk level of their tasks, such as masks, safety helmets, protective glasses, etc., and ensure that employees wear them properly. 5. **Clarify responsibilities**: Ensure that the outsourcing parties (contractors) are aware of their responsibilities regarding occupational health management, which includes not only providing necessary protective measures for employees but also conducting regular health monitoring and risk assessments.
