The 300,000-ton polypropylene project at Ningxia Baofeng has been completed ahead of schedule, and significant progress has been made on the fourth phase of Ningxia Baofeng Energy’s olefin new materials project. The main structure of the extrusion and granulation plant for the PP unit in this project was completed 52 days ahead of schedule, laying a solid foundation for the overall completion of the project in the future. With a total investment of 20.5 billion yuan, this project is a key initiative for Baofeng Company aimed at focusing on its core business and strengthening its industrial operations. It will involve the construction of a polypropylene plant with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons and an EVA plant with an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons. During the construction process, the project team implemented meticulous management by establishing a mechanism of \"daily safety inspections + weekly specialized checks,\" eliminating over 330 safety hazards in total and achieving zero safety incidents throughout the entire process. Upon completion of the project, Baofeng Energy’s production capacity in the field of polyolefin new materials will be further enhanced, the product portfolio will be optimized, and more high-quality polypropylene and EVA products will be available for the market.
