On September 30, the Guoxin Rudong LNG Terminal project, undertaken by the Second Engineering Company of Sinopec Fourth Construction Group, completed the installation of all five unloading arm columns, marking an important milestone in the project’s progress. The installation of the loading arm columns for the Guoxin Rudong LNG receiving station project is the first key step in the overall installation process; the precision of this work will directly affect the quality of the subsequent equipment assembly as well as its long-term operational stability. To ensure construction safety and project quality, the project team developed a specialized lifting plan, employing a coordinated \"main crane + auxiliary crane\" approach (100-ton main crane + 25-ton auxiliary crane) to achieve steady lifting of the columns under unified command. Once the equipment is in place, the operators immediately make fine adjustments to its verticality to ensure precise alignment with the embedded components in the foundation. The entire installation process includes key steps such as lifting the equipment into place, precise positioning, accurate adjustment, and calibration and fixation. These various procedures are carried out in a coordinated manner, ensuring that the installation tasks are completed ahead of schedule.
